This last week coming back from vacation reality of working again has been a bit crazy. Mom was laid off this week. That started the week out great. The week ended up being busy beyond busy. Trying to get back on a schedule and get things done didn't seem possible.
Cole had a track meet Thursday. He did great. It was pretty cool watching him run the hurdles. He was only suppose to run the hurdles so he found me in the stands and the smile on his face was unreal. He always tries to hold his feelings in but he had this little smile. I told him I video taped it and he was oh mom. But afterwards he loved looking at it. I left to deal with the rest of the family and projects. When I pick him up he informed me that he did the pole vault too. The guy that was suppose to do it was unable to jump so they put him in. He was out at 7ft. Which is good I think not to him. Especially since that isn't his strength. The winner jumped 8ft or so.

This week I have been feeling really overwhelmed at the money situation and my jobs. Where to go with them. How to get back on track with the money without child support and with mom out of work. Every time I go to work I pray on my drive there. I have done this since Nursing school. I have found this is my time no kids, no interuptions to pour my heart out. Now if you drive past me you will think I am talking to myself but that's ok. So on the way to work the hospital friday night I was praying about the money situation that I would know what I needed to do with my finances and my job. Well as I drove (30 minute drive) Tracy called. She had an extra ticket to DAVE RAMSEY! I don't know how many people are aware of who this is. But I was so excited.
Now let me tell you what my next 24 hours looked like. I work from 10:30 to about 8am saturday. Then I do home to girls at the house for the garage sale. Which I really needed to help out with and sleep? Then a Young women's conference at the church I needed to take Eve to. So how do I fit this in there? The Dave Ramsey seminar was from 1pm -6pm.
So with all of that where do I fit it in. I would never be able to go otherwise. So I did what I had to make it work. Luckily Maria and her mom and dad were there to supervise the garage sale. So I help briefly when I got home and then went and took a short nap not quite 2 hours. Got up got ready needed to be there at 12pm. So had to leave my house by 11 or so. Met Tracy there and I was going to leave early to get to Eve on time. Eve text me asking if she could stay at her dad's longer so I asked if she wanted to go or see if we could watch it on line. So she stayed with her dad and I stayed at Dave's. Yes, I was so excited and I will tell you what it is so worth going to see him in person. I listen to him on the radio every day while I drive and the kids know him by name too.
They were working on a commercial taping the audience and having us do things so they could put a commercial together to get out there for churches to put the programs in their churches. Not a bad idea to have these classes.
Tracy was such an answer to my prayers. I am stoked to get it started. I have been trying to get going on his program and never really did it full force so here it is I am starting it. I will have my monthly budget done by tomorrow night.
If you haven't heard Dave Ramsey talk or his program you should listen to him on 570 in the afternoons or get his books.
Well Sebastian is standing over me wanting to get on the computer. I had to work today too so I need to go get things done.
Side note: Tracy sorry it's not more dynamic. I just can't say enough about how great it was to be there.It was totally AWESOME!!!!! Thanks Tracy for taking me with you. I hate that Ashlyn was sick and Jeff couldn't go. Thanks to Jeff too for giving up his ticket to stay with her. You were definately an answer to my prayers. Love ya
