I remember growing up and watching Bewitch and just wishing I could be like Samantha and solve my Problems with a wiggle of a nose. Right now I would give my right foot to do that.
Can I just say Packing is for the birds. Between work and kids schedules it is so hard to find time for packing. Although today I will say I took a break to play with my friend/neighbors little girl. She reminds me of Eve when she was her age.(20 months or so) We sat outside trying to find the birds. For a first there were very few birds to be found. She came in the house and played with cat and watched Pbs with me. It was such a nice break. I will miss living next door from them.
Ok I did get my livingroom for the most part packed yesterday. I started on the kitchen and doing laundry and sorting out things to get rid of. I have all drawers in the kitchen empty, a couple of cabinets most of the dishes. It would be so tempting to just dump everything in the house into boxes and sort later. HOLD THE HORSES> >>>> I can't do that cause I have no time to go through boxes and trash after the fact. Plus boxes are on the short side. So Purge PURGE PURGE!!! RIght!
Just thought I update the progress. I so wish I could get certain children to pack there stuff. Eve is done, Malcolm is done. Sebastian and Alex are really too young to do his. HMMM who does that leave. My goofy wild child. Cole. I love him but lately he can't seem to find a serious side of him.
Like just a minute ago. I am sitting in the kitchen typing this and I hear out of the corner of the kitchen someone getting into the pantry. I turn and see no one but the cat. No big deal. Then I hear something fly across the room. It is a fake army toy knife the cat goes running after it. I turn back to type. ( i know this should phase me but really I have had ghost before so this isn't new.lol) Then the light start to flicker on off and so on. I finally ask who is there. No one answers he is trying to scare me. But He can't stop laughing. I told him that didn't scare me. I KNOW he says and falls over laughing.
My wonderful children nothing is ever boring in my house.
