Now when you have boys you expect blood, bruises etc. But really I thought it would be more when they were younger. I guess it is but the fact that I got through Malcolm and Cole being little I thought I would with the two others.
Maybe it is that too many people have been asking questions like your through with accidents right? Well if it was my choice of course. But what do you do? Leave the boys in full pads and helmets all day long? In Texas? Yeah not going to happen..
So I go to take Eve to my sister Michelle's house for a sleep over with my niece and the kids all wanted to go. So the boys go outside and start jumping on the trampoline and the next thing we hear is Sebastian is hurt..Then you hear the howling and we go running to find his face covered in blood. I was thinking not again. so we laid him down on the counter and slowly started to wipe the blood away from his face. I was so glad to have Michelle there. She was now Sebastian we need to calm down so we can look at your face. He looks at her like a second mom. So as she wiped it from his eyes and mouth and I examined his head trying to wipe the blood from his curls. We were telling him wish your hair was shorter so we could see better. His response was I like my hair... He quickly stopped crying and let us look around his head. The kids all of them tried to tell him stories and see the marks. We kicked them all out so we could concentrate.
We found the cut at the top of his forehead and cleaned it up that area and cleaned out the blood from his hair. After we thought we got it all we sat him up and as he stood up Michelle sees more blood. Another spot mid way back on his head stuck in his curls was this huge blood clot.. Crazy...So we lean him over the sink and in all my nursing/mom wisdom I took the sprayer and sprayed his head. Yeah I know... So after I did it and it had so much power I was oh maybe not so good..But Sebastian said it didn't hurt. I think the curls help take the brunt of the force.
The end result was no need for stitches thank heavens. He was eventually fine. I turn to look out the kitchen window and see the other boys back on the trampoline with the basketball. See my nephews had moved their basketball goal to the trampoline so that they could shoot and Sebastian caught the force of the bigger kids bounce and head first into the corner of the goal... Even Alex was out there jumping. Really guys...
Maybe I should buy stock in Cooks children's hospital. At least I would be paying myself when I pay the bill.
I was suppose to work tonight but I am happy to see I was put on call. I don't usually like to but wanted to cook and getting ready for tomorrow.

You have to be able to see the end result..Man you got alot of hair on your stomach.
Hey can you do this...as the little one tightens his butt. What we do that all the time when we do our workouts.. What a duffus..
Just wait you will have hair on your stomach too.. My abs aren't even so I don't want to take a picture of them.not yet..
