Answers to my last post! ARE THERE GHOST?

Seriously I started to blog last night at work things were pretty quiet. All I had put on the blog was the title. DO YOU BELIEVE IN GHOST? We had been talking at work about all the unusual events of ghost in the hospital. One of the nurse who had been working at this hospital since it open was telling us stories of ghost encounters the nurses over the years at had. Plus then we started sharing stories about things we had either experience or new someone who had.

It started to freak you out a bit. As she told the stories of things flying out of cabinets in the med room to sightings of people sitting in rooms where no one was. I started to wonder how people felt or believed about ghost. I totally believe in Ghost/spirits. I had experiences with them some good some bad. There are definately times that you feel that overwhelming uncomfortable feeling when you walk in a certain hall or room.
I have to share part of a story she told us last night. She is from England and so has had experiences here and there. She said in one of the rooms one day the call light kept going off in a room that wasn't occupied. She would go in to find the TV on and no one there. She would close the cabinet where the TV is and turn off the light. Then it would go off again. After multiple times going in there to only find the cabinet open and TV on again. She began to wonder who was playing a joke on her. Nobody claim the mischivous behavior. After she started to get the uncomfortable feeling she took someone back in there. They turned off the TV closed the cabinet and hid behind a curtain. After just a matter of minutes they here the cabinet doors open. They ran literally raced out of the room from horror. The cabinet are not ones that would just open on there own. She said things continued to happen in that room to the point they quit putting patients in there. This same room over the couple of years I have been there have had things happen to patients that are not good. Some have died in that room. Yeah we are a hospital and that happens it just weird.

We talked about how certain people are just more receptive to the other side and how they say Nurses are usually the ones who are drawn to there job because they are more sensitive to these spirits. You do see patient who are dying and you can totally feel that connection to other spirits. The patients talked to there dead relatives right before they die. SO is it hallucination or the veil raising.

Whether you believe in ghost/ spirits it is always that feeling of someone watching you after a good ghost story. Especially on the night shift when skeletal crew and the quiet dark halls. :o

So when I came to actually post what I had started surprised was I to find the title was posted for me. GHOST??????

:) I just love sparking debate. I do have to admit I got more post on this one single questions. HMMMM
What ya think?
