First day over?

Well it's only 8:25 and all is well. Everyone is in bed except Eve. Believe or not Malcolm and Cole were both asleep by 8pm. I had told them esp. Malcolm that when school started and band afterwards and seminary he was going to be worn out. Well we didn't even have Seminary today. Oh he is in trouble. I am just glad he is sleeping and hopefully tomorrow it will be easy to get him up.

Everyone seems to have had a good day. I think it has been difficult for Eve and Cole not knowing anyone at there new schools. I keep reminding Eve that last year she didn't have any of her friends in her class and she made it through the year with lots of friends. So I pray that she finds friends soon. She says she can handle not having them in classes but at lunch and recess it stinks. I totally feel her. I have been the new kid at school and remembering how it feels to not know where to sit at lunch or who to talk too. Cole is starting Football this week so it shouldn't take him long to find friends. Eve has started Choir and loves it. So hopefully she is able to make friends in there.

Ok the picture I posted for today stinks but couldn't find the camera this morning so I took it with my camera. I figured something is better than nothing. Right?

Oh, Alex and Sebastian had a great day. Sebastian is back asking if his best friend can come over already. Even though they aren't in the same class this year. Sebastian has Trapper's grandma for a teacher so Trapper is in another class. They are still just a close. Alex and Asa Rice are in the same class this year again. It seems to be good for both of them. Always knowing there is someone else there to watch out for them. Alex's teacher gave him the assignment of helping a new kid meet people. I had to laugh when I asked Alex how it went he said good. "I introduced him to ALL my friends and even had him play with them when I ran an errand for my teacher." But he was disappointed not to have all his class from last year in his class this year. I am so glad that the kids all seem to love school. (except Eve) we will see it looks like school will be a good year.

I need to go finish cleaning up before heading to bed.
