Special moment and then some

Do you know what happens when you stay home with sick kids on Ward Conference? You get a visit from a member of the bishopric and the a member of the stake presidency.
Yes you guess it.
I had not bothered to shower this morning since I really felt pretty bad myself and since I wasn't going to church why bother.Right? Yeah not so much I get a warning call from Eve saying Brother Butler is wanting to come to the house. WHY? Didn't we just see him on Tuesday? She said he was calling to set up a time. He calls the time 30minutes to an hour.
OH heavens to besty! See yesterday we concentrated more on the upstairs rooms and the garage and kinda neglected the downstairs. The kitchen was clean for the most part but we didn't do our normal saturday cleaning. Vacuum etc. And with 5 kids well you know how that goes. So off on our 30 minute cleaning routine. Good thing I have trained my kids well. The older ones at least hopped right in. Tried to keep Sebastian on task. But in 20 minutes or so . We finished and it was clean. WHEW! I just go to sit down on the couch and the doorbell.

It was sure nice to visit with President Wallace and Brother Butler. Sebastian received a blessing to help him feel better. Me missing work is just not an option at this point. So prayers go out to Heavenly Father that he gets better so he can go to school tomorrow. As President Wallace offered a prayer before they left it was this overwhelming feeling of greatness in the house. I can't explain it. I don't think I have ever really felt it the way I did today.
But of course this too passes. After they leave someone starts to pick a fight... My response didn't you listen to the prayer of peace and love for the our home. It stopped. WOW!!!!
I finally showered and am off to a presidency meeting. YEAH ME!!
No really escape for a few from my kids might be nice. Seems Sebastian is feeling much better and has found his energy...Along with Eve.
