Private time...

In a family of 5 kids having individual time is rare!It seems that this weekend gave and opportunity to do more of this. Saturday Eve and I were able to do some alone time when we went to visit My Aunt Shirley. She is such a giving little girl. She will make and amazing mom and woman!
Today after working Cole and went searching for items he needed for Scout camp next week. It is a good thing he plans on being well off. Eventually after going to school to be a doctor and paying off student loans he will get there. Trying to teach him to shop for quality and deals at the same time and within a budget. OH my! I had my hands full. It was wonderful though. We first went to Goodwill. I figured clothes for camp.... Done that before never send new clothes. You will not find them in the same condition and if they come home torn up it is no big deal. Plus where else do you find a long sleeve shirt in the middle of summer. Which to Cole that store is a challenge. He never says anything but it's this look that comes over him. We don't go in there very often I just can't find the deals that others find. I was hoping to get lucky and find a cot. No Deal on that one. So off to Walmart. Wow can you get lost in the camping section. I love to look at all the cool things they have. Cole informed me for his birthday he wanted to take some of his friends and cousin and go paint balling. Where do you do that around here? Anyone knows let me know. Or I could send him to Aunt Candra and Uncle Taylor for the weekend to go 4 wheeling etc. That looks like fun.... So let me say Cole doesn't get embarrassed very easy. But today I did it twice..Yes I rock. No seriously I wasn't trying. He tells me that he needs underwear for camp. So this is where I am glad he doesn't read my blog or I would be dead for writing this. So he says I don't want boxers. I want briefs no riding up. This is my child that hasn't touch those since he was what 4. So I lean down and pick up a package. I hear "OH MOM Not Tighty whitey's" He can't even stand next to me he walks off. Then comes around the corner. After explaining to him these are briefs he in turn tells me he wants trunks/boxer briefs. I thought it was difficult shopping girls underwear. We finally were able to laugh about it find the right ones and quickly leave the area. We finished our shopping at Academy. Oh yeah after that Sports Authority. Man just couldn't make a decision on which cot. So we were " window shopping today" I was informed of that today by him. He is so much fun. He carries on conversations you expect from a grown up then his age kicks in.

You realize what day it is when All of walmart in less than 45 minutes you see a total of 4 elder missionaries and 3 sister missionaries.

Tonight I was scheduled to work and with the slow season at the hospital I was put on call. Once again. I don't know it is a blessing or not. I need to work but I enjoyed staying home with my kids. We had dinner and had a discussion about the website they found. It lets you put your picture on it and then they will tell you who of the famous people you look most a like. Evidently I look like Ashley Tisdale, and Sylvester Stallone. It was hilarious. Because I was wearing sunglasses in the picture they brought up all these men actors with sunglasses hence Sylvestor Stallone.
I will have to put the site on here later. It is really cute. My kids went through and put everyone of us and their cousin etc on there.

Just a little bit ago I took Sebastian and we headed to North Arlington to pay the rent. We went to CVS to get a newspaper if I am going to do the coupon thing I have to remember the paper... It never fails anytime we are in there He is hungry and has to go to the bathroom. But he refuses to go to the bathroom there. He thinks that through the big vent in there someone is looking at him. Have you ever gotten that feeling being in some place public. I have! We had a really nice ride. We were headed home and I thought he was going to sleep. All of a sudden he says "Mom, I want to go back to school!" What? his explanation came quickly." I want to see the girls again!" I tried not to die laughing. This is from my child that every morning it was.I don't want to go to school. He is looking forward to his new class. And he informed me that when he gets bored in class he was going to talk to Sarah and McKenzie. These are two girls he knows will be in his class. Mckenzie and Sebastian have been in the same class in both 1st and 2nd. I thought wow summer must really be boring this year.
I just hope this isn't what I have to look forward to this next school year.

I am now being surrounded by my children off I go to see what they need.
