Aftermath

I have been dealing with the aftermath of the car accident after Thanksgiving. So right now I am dealing with a lot of pain from the wreck. Mostly in the shoulders and neck area.
Well the insurance lady from the other vehicle has called left me a message and I would call her back within minutes and she would be not there. I finally talk to her tonight and wow can you say Slime. I want to be nice and I understand her job is to save her company money. But ok first her very first question out of her mouth is do you have an attorney. Should I? I am thinking. Well I have been in a couple of accident and know the ropes sort of speak but she took the cake. I even had my car hit by a school bus while parked in front of My sisters house and they tried to blame me. Funny huh. Anyways, after her grilling session. I thought hmmm. I am in trouble. It was very much lets pick you a part and see if we can find fault in you type of thing. She wanted to know what the ER doctor said. I told her he said I was bruised from the seat belt in the abdomen, chest, shoulder. Did you take pictures? Well I only had one recognizable bruise on the abdomen. Well I need a picture. Really it is right at my bra line. Yes for proof.I wanted to say have you ever heard of bruising of muscle etc that don't show outwardly. I am not sure how comfortable i am showing my picture of my bruise on my stomach (not flat here) to people. :)
So then she went on to want me to tell her what is wrong with my sister and what doctors she is seeing etc. Did it damage the vehicle. Then she went on to say it was a minor accident by the looks of the other truck. I quickly reminded her that we were both in trucks which if we not been in and had been in a little car it would have probably total the car. It was by no means little.
