Well we all survived the night here. I think they had fun. Except Grandma.:)I got a call from her at 2:30 or so saying these boys are keeping me up. It wasn't that they were super loud I came down the stairs and they weren't they were playing xbox. But I think she is like Eve and can't tune out the noise. So I told them to be quiet and I think they did. I went back to sleep. Slowly they all fell asleep.
I got up made pancakes only one boy was awake when I got up. Poor kid sitting on the couch looking soooo bored. He says" I am the only one awake. How come they aren't awake"
Some ate the pancakes some were too busy playing. They have seperated to their corners some outside some on the xbox. Parents should be coming soon. I hope. I have such a busy day...
Ok I don't think Michelle reads this blog or any for that matter. So I think it will be safe to announce what we are doing today. I need the boys to leave soon so I can shower and get ready. I have too much paper work to work on. We will go to six flags for a couple of hours this afternoon and then the BIG HIGHLIGHT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Michelle turned 40 this year. Or actually this week. Yes I know that puts me closer to it too. But that is ok. I have no problems about my age. (yet)hehe Anyways, We are throwing her a surprise party at Stephanie's tonight. Yeah!!!!
SHORT BREAK IN FOR A DRAMA MOMENT!! Who ever said boys can't be drama queens? Boy oh Boy... One of the boys doesn't play real nice with others at times is what I am finding. So as his mom came to pick him up he is leaving the backyard and says good I am tired of ......I am glad I am leaving. SO in turn the other little boy got his feelings hurt. DEEP BREATHE>>>>>
Ok back to my story.. I am so excited as far as I know she knows nothing about what is going on tonight. She thinks she is going to dinner with Stephanie and Clyde and I am having all the kids over for a movie night. hehehe.. Yes my house will be filled with lots of children. Most of them teenagers. So I think we are safe to leave them in charge. We will have 1-16yr old, 1-15 yr old, 2-14yr old,(which on is a girl and is used to babysitting.) 1-13 yr old, 2-12 yr olds, 1-10yr old, 1-9 yr old, 2-8yr old,1-7yr old, 1-4 yr old, 1 2 yr old and a baby.That means we will have Dalton, Malcolm, Sarah, Dallin, Cole, Eve, Alex,Georgah, Jeffrey,Sebastian,Rebekah, Avery, Aidan and Ashlyn. Wow...We will missing Hannah who has a paying gig tonight. And one niece in Arizona McKayla. But other than that it would be every niece and nephew here. So what do you think are we crazy? My niece Sarah will watch the baby. Eve will be in charge of Avery and Aidan who are 4 and 2. They absolutely love her. So the older boys can help take care of the others. They are pretty much self sufficient around here. The ones 7 and up all are used to the babysitter routine and pretty much know my rules at my house. At least 5 of them do for sure since they live her.;)
I still have 2 boys here and am anxious to get out and get things done. I need to head and get my boys from my sisters house. So she doesn't go crazy.
All and all it was a good night. Drama or not. I think they all had fun. I know Alex did. But maybe next time I will limit it to just 2 or 3 boys.
