Since Alex birthday is on Monday and next week will be quite crazy I decided to take him to lunch today. We took Malcolm to UIL competition than I decided to take him some place no one in our family had been except me.
He got to go eat at Kincaids. We studied the signs on the walls and I told him I went to Kincaids in Nursing school and how long they had been around. He loved it.
After Kincaids we went and looked at Hobby Lobby for invitations for his birthday party on Friday.
We ended up having to take food to Malcolm so we killed sometime in the stores in Lincoln square. Not really stores little boys want to go into. We went into Gap and Bath and Body. REAL manly stores.:)
But he thank me for how much fun he had. I think it was just having one on one time. I loved just being able to listen to him and his stories and not have interuptions.
